Booking Appointments
Our current appointment system has some “book same day” and some that are booked for the following day. Around one third of all appointments will be available to book on line from 8am. The rest of the appointments will be available to book by phone from 8.30am. We have extended our telephone queuing system to accommodate more people at once, which may mean a longer wait time, but will reduce the need to continuously redial. It will also mean you know what number you are in the queue. If fully staffed we will be offering approximately 80-100 appointments PER DAY, every day.
