We are asking, where possible, for our patients to use our online consultation system AccuRx. As well as medical advice and appointment requests, you can use AccuRx to request fit notes, GP letters, medical reports, medication reviews and test results.

When we are closed
For urgent problems when you would normally contact your GP, please call North Down and Ards Doctors out-of-hours service (NDADOC) on 028 9182 2344.
NDADOC is based at Ards Community Hospital, Church Street, Newtownards, Co. Down, BT23 4AS.
The GP out-of-hours Service is for urgent care where patients cannot wait until their usual practice re-opens. All patients should access the service by phone. Patients are only seen by appointment. This is not a walk-in service.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency call 999.
