Patient Access can be used to order repeat prescriptions and view information from your GP medical record. Depending on the services enabled by the practice and the level of access you have been given, you may be able to view information such as your current medications, allergies, vaccinations and test results.
We use a separate online system for contacting the practice and requesting medical help. Please use our online consultation service from AccuRx if you need to contact us about a medical problem or request an appointment.
You can create a Patient Access account online or through the Patient Access app. To access services linked to your GP record, you will need to link your Patient Access account to the practice.
The practice may need to confirm your identity before full access to online services can be provided.
If you require registration details to link Patient Access to your GP record, please contact the practice. Once your identity has been confirmed, we can provide the information you need to link your account.
Your registration information may include an Account ID and Linkage Key. Keep these details secure and do not share them with anyone else.
We may need to verify your identity before providing access to information from your GP medical record. This helps us protect the confidentiality and security of your health information.

In some circumstances, another person can be given proxy access to manage GP online services on your behalf. This may be useful for a parent, guardian, carer or someone who helps you manage your healthcare.
Proxy access must be arranged appropriately with the practice to protect patient confidentiality. Please contact us if you would like to discuss setting this up.
